RN, Clinical Coordinator
I am happy to be part of a clinic/system that values my contributions. I enjoy coming to work every day with a group of colleagues who respect you, and will work together to ensure the day flows smoothly. I love that I get to use my clinical skills, as well as my leadership skills in this position.
Pamela is responsible for a clinical staff of 9 CMAs, LPNs and phlebotomist. She provides education and training on new competencies for staff members and new staff orientation. Pamela also facilitates communication amongst the administrative and clinical staff, and is a resource for all staff on anything clinically related.

My work environment is engaging, uniquely challenging, and incredibly rewarding. The task variety keeps me on my toes, and dealing with competing priorities on a daily basis has helped me strengthen my time-management skills. Best place to be for professional growth!
Mario is a part of the UNC Primary and Specialty Care at Brier Creek, part of the UNC Physician’s Network, which consists of three practices—gynecology, endocrinology, and primary care. As the Practice Manager, Mario is responsible for the overall operational success of the facility.

I love working at UNC Pediatrics of Cary. I’ve had the opportunity to meet wonderful people, and I have grown not only professionally but personally. Since I started working at UNC PEDS I have learned so much from everyone, found a great connection with all my coworkers, and feel that I have become a better person.
Diana answers phone calls, schedules patients, and also updates appointments. Depending on the day she can be on the phone, and in between checking in patients, will scan files or work on referrals. She says it's a little bit of everything, and every day is different, and every day is a new lesson.
